Sales And Marketing Intern​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients to manage relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand client business goals and align Thynk Success marketing strategies to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, performance marketing) to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Develop client reports, highlight campaign results, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to analyze ROI, performance metrics, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Ensure client retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance client experience and improve service delivery processes.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless and positive start.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
Admissions Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida for the role of an Admissions Officer. The Admissions Officer will manage and execute recruitment strategies to support the enrolment goals of the institution. Responsibilities include overseeing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to potential applicants. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with prospective students, parents, and education institutions to drive admissions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students, institutions, and colleagues
  • Knowledge and experience in International Admissions processes and policies
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Customer Service skills to deliver a professional and supportive applicant experience
  • Understanding of the Education sector and familiarity with recruitment trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in admissions, or related roles is an advantage
