RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation

  • Cancellation request must be made within 48 hours of payment, provided services have not commenced.

  • Once project work has started, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Technical payment error

  • Service not initiated

Non-refundable items include:

  • Strategy planning charges

  • Marketing execution costs

  • Ad spends paid to third parties

3. Refund Processing

  • Refund will be made through the original mode of payment only.
